Young Professionals responsibility:
*Pay expenses only *Care for the horse as though it is their own *Oversee all horsemanship requirements of good horse keeping. *Keep Advocates informed of progress and development *Report to Senior mentor on a weekly basis, report to Advocates on a monthly basis *Have liability-personal insurance in place the entire project releasing Advocates and the project Senior Professionals responsibility:
*Monitor each horse and it's development *Be available to Young Professional on a weekly basis *Visit Young Professional, or send an advisor, twice monthly and advise on progress *Current insurance Owners responsibility: Occasionally a horse owner will have a young horse but no ability to bring it's training to fruition but can assist in the development personally and financially.
*Provide, at no charge, a healthy-suitable young horse * Communicate expectations and details regarding the horse *Establish a base line price and a time expectation |
