New - Aspiring Professionals
|
Individuals and equestrians who are, or may have an interest, in becoming a professional in the equine industry, regardless of age, discipline, or position. Example: Trainer, Rider, Coach, Instructor, Business Owner, show manager, etc.
The ESA New-Aspiring Professionals Program serves as a pipeline for new professionals and hopeful professionals to LEARN as they understand business practices, personal values and assets. As they become professional Trainers, riders, coaches, instructors, barn managers, owners or show managers, these assets and education will support their careers in the horse industry.
The fundamental objective of the programs are to recruit young talent, and entry level professionals with relatively less experience, who have the passion for learning and potential to grow and develop into assets for the horse community. With the potential to grow into successful Professionals and hold leadership positions in any of the areas of the sport, including governance, we are searching for open minded, forward thinking, talented, skillful, creative individuals - young leaders to help fulfill our mandate for the future of the sport, in all areas of working with show horses. By establishing support programs for, and by, Professionals of all levels, we will contribute to the realization of the ESA’s show jumping sports mission of supporting and educating New-Young Professionals (“YPs”) in the evolving stages of their careers.
