How We Got Our Start

Equestrian Sport Advocate's is the result of a community of individuals and Professionals across the nation discussing the welfare of the horse,  future of the sport, Aspiring - Young Professionals and shows
The ESA is currently in the first year of the programs and is, itself, going through the process of accepting a membership segment of career minded horsemen and businesses to its membership base. Within this backdrop, the Program and the Professional Programs will therefore be considered as being pilot in nature during the first 3 years.

Program implementation and opportunities offered will be monitored, with adjustments being made, as appropriate, during this pilot phase. A comprehensive structural review and evaluation will be carried out after the ESA Young Professional Program has gained 3 years of implementation experience.
